Brief introduction
The SGPS series electrical power system synchronizing clock takes advantage of GPS(global positioning system) satellite transmits second synchronizing signal, provides the precise synchronizing clock signal to each kind of automation installment in the electrical power system, provides the precise time for the electric power automatic equipment, such as remote and microcomputer monitor system, the microcomputer relay protection and security automatic equipment, microcomputer malfunction wave recording and event recording and other intelligent equipments. Used in the power plant power dispatching, the power network power frequency monitoring, the nonlinear excitation control to the generator and so on. Used in the real-time synchronous phasor measurement, the real-time synchronous power data acquisition and so on, the synchronous sampling has small error and high accuracy. When used in network synchronization, data synchronization, the astronomical measurement and the geodesy and so on, there should be time correction, time recording and time keeping domain.
